No. Efremov Method is educational training, not diagnosis or treatment. Persistent or unexplained fatigue should be assessed by appropriately licensed medical and mental-health professionals.
What if my tests are normal?
Normal tests do not prove that fatigue is psychological. Continue appropriate medical and sleep evaluation. This program becomes relevant only when a repeatable automatic reaction is visible and qualified care is not the more appropriate first step.

No individual outcome is guaranteed. The program teaches the complete method and supports you while you learn to apply it.
